Human Resource Coordinator (Contract: Maternity Leave Coverage)
V. I. P. Soap Products Ltd. [Mission, BC - Commuted daily]
As an HR Coordinator at V.I.P. Soap, I managed full-cycle HR operations with a strong focus on recruitment,
bi-weekly payroll, training and development, and termination management. I supported over 120 employees at the
Mission site and 20+ at the Kelowna site, managing multiple functions remotely. I led the Joint Occupational
Health & Safety (J-OHS) Committee and Culture Committee, and facilitated WHMIS, First Aid, and safety training initiatives.
In my 7-month assignment, I successfully recruited for production, warehouse, maintenance, and customer-facing roles.
I processed payroll with over 95% accuracy and administered health and RSP benefits. I coordinated WHMIS training for
50 employees and organized First Aid certification in compliance with WorkSafeBC guidelines. Additionally,
I contributed to the annual third-party HR audit and managed the annual First Aid needs assessment.

My LWD was Jan. 30, 2026 as the current HR resumed her duties on Jan. 26, 2026.
